Indicate whether you are using your generic Levothyroxine or Synthroid in your post. There is a difference. If you started on generic levothyroxine, like me, and suffered any side effects that you are unbearable, switch to the brand name Synthroid. Using a common brand, I noticed an immediate improvement in energy and a general sense of well-being; Nevertheless, an increasingly unbearable headache began within half an hour with dosing every day and became serious enough that a compromise was no longer worth it. After meeting with my doctor, she stated that my work experience at birth was not unusual, but she wanted to start with this in order to avoid a dispute with the insurance company and patients complaining about the increased cost of the original brand. Starting with the transition to the brand name Synthroid, I experience all the advantages of the generic without any headaches or side effects; No insomnia, no weight gain (in fact, I lose weight about 2 pounds a week), without brain fog, without depression. I want to say that you must be active. You can not expect that the pill will become a "medicine". You must exercise some mental and physical willpower. If you are a hypochondriac or some other person such as "guest-me-me", this means that this drug for you, as if will give you something else to whine. If you are active and want to change your life, Synthroid is also for you. To avoid the threat of constipation, I increased the consumption of fruits and vegetables. I also consume a huge amount of flavored, calorie-free water. I eliminated most of the starches. What, boys and girls, translates into how I should have eaten all this time. I still enjoy my favorite products, but I noticed that on Synthroid my craving for junk food decreased. I think that some of you who list "insomnia" use the term replacing the increased level of energy. Use additional energy for exercise. Be engaged in life or engage in dying. YOUR CHOICE!
